Rethink Research LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to make our website and member platform easy to navigate and accessible to all visitors.

We continually work to improve the user experience by following current accessibility standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

Scope

This statement covers the following digital properties operated by Rethink Research LLC:

• The TN Grant Monitor member portal

• The Grant Research Intake Form is accessible from our website

Some features of our platform are provided by third-party services, including Wix (website hosting), Softr (member portal), Stripe (payment processing and billing management), and Tally (intake forms). We work to select accessible platforms, but we cannot fully control the accessibility of third-party interfaces. If you encounter a barrier on a third-party surface, please contact us, and we will help you access the information or complete the action another way.

Known Platform Limitations

We have conducted accessibility reviews of our marketing website and TN Grant Monitor page using WAVE and manual testing. Our marketing website scores 9.6/10, and the TN Grant Monitor page scores 9.5/10, with no contrast errors and no substantive accessibility errors on either page.

​

Some accessibility flags reported by automated tools reflect Wix's platform rendering behavior rather than actual barriers for users. Specifically:

​

• Header button: Automated tools flag a contrast issue on the primary header button. Manual verification using the WebAIM Contrast Checker confirms the actual ratio is 4.84:1, which passes WCAG 2.1 AA for normal text, AA for large text, AAA for large text, and graphical objects. The flag is a platform rendering artifact.

​

• Email sign-up form fieldset legend: The Stay in the Loop email sign-up form is built on Wix Forms. Wix Forms generates a fieldset element in its HTML output, but does not consistently render the form name as an accessible legend element. This is a Wix platform rendering limitation that cannot be resolved from the editor. The form fields are individually labeled and fully accessible to screen readers.

We investigated each flagged item, verified actual contrast ratios where applicable, and confirmed that the remaining flags reflect Wix platform behavior rather than genuine accessibility barriers.

Tab Order

​

We have reviewed and corrected keyboard tab order across our marketing website. Navigation elements are reachable in logical sequence before page content. We continue to monitor tab behavior as page content is updated.
